To use the Audio Response system, you must know specific information
about your account.

The following instructions are to be used as guidelines for using
NODA Talk. However, it is important that you listen to and follow
the instructions given on the phone -- as these menu options may
change over time.

After the Audio Response system
has answered and welcomed you, enter:
A. Your Member account number
followed by the "#" button.
B. Your PIN
number followed by the "#" button. |

After the system has verified
your account number and PIN number, you will be given the following
menu options. Select a menu option by pressing the corresponding
button. (Ex: To get balance information, press the 1
button.) |

After you have selected a main menu option, follow the instructions
given by the system. An outline of the detailed system instructions
can be found in the following sections.

desired option)
3 - List of All Share Accounts/Balances
4 - List of All Loan Accounts/Balances
5 - Loan Payoff (need your loan ID#)
6 - Share Year-to-Date Dividend Inquiry (need your share ID#)
7 - Loan Year-to-Date Interest Inquiry (need your loan ID#)
8 - Return to Main Menu
9 - Repeat the Balance Inquiry Menu Options

- Transaction Inquiry Menu: (select
desired option)
1 - Specific Check Number
A. Enter Share ID number, then "#".
B. Enter the specific Check Number, then "#".
2 - Last 5 withdrawals (used for savings or checking)
A. Enter Share ID number, then "#".
B. To listen to the next 5 withdrawals, press 6.
3 - Last 5 Deposits (used for savings or checking)
A. Enter Share ID number, then "#".
B. To listen to the next 5 deposits, press 6.
8 - Return to Main Menu
9 - Repeat the Balance Inquiry Menu Options
* - Terminate Call
3 - Post Transaction Menu:
(select desired option)
1 - Share Withdrawal by Check
A. Enter Share ID number, then "#".
B. Enter the amount to withdraw (Ex: To get $100.00, enter
as 10000#)
C. 9# to post transaction.
D. 6# to cancel transaction.
E. Press 9 to return to Main Menu.
2 - Share to Share Transfer (only within the same account #)
A. Enter Share ID number to transfer money FROM then,
#.
B. Enter Share ID number to transfer money INTO then,
#.
C. Enter the amount to transfer, then #. (Ex: to transfer
$100.00 from savings to checking, enter 0#, enter 77# then 10000#).
D. 9# to post transaction.
E. 6# to cancel transaction.
F. Press 9 to return to Main Menu.
3 - Share to Loan Transfer (only within the same account #)
A. Enter Share ID number to transfer money FROM then,
#.
B. Enter Loan ID number to transfer money INTO then,
#.
C. Enter the amount to transfer, then #. (Ex: to transfer
$200.00 from savings to loan, enter 0#, enter 1#{being loan number}
then 20000#).
D. 9# to post transaction.
E. 6# to cancel transaction.
F. Press 9 to return to Main Menu.
